Normalize ISO

ENRI is not officially certified ISO but our entire products are created according to the last standards ISO and thus answer very numerous quality criteria.

Characteristics of surface – Normalize ISO 6123-2:1988 ( E )
The surface of the rollers of handling, in particular, is subject to a big attention. According to the standard 6123-2: on 1988 ( E ), the surface of the cover of roller is defined according to its planned use(custom). She must be characterized or according to a type of surface treatment is in office the maximal value of roughness of the surface, as agreed between the parts.

There are several types of finish of surfaces, each corresponding in a phase of the treatment of the aforementioned surface:

1. Polite finish
For the flexible elastomers, the surface is soft as of the velvet; for the hard rubber or the plastic, it is smooth and flexible. The marks of grinding are not supposed to be visible in the naked eye. The sporadic tasks of grinding are tolerated.
This finish is not possible for all the qualities of materials.

2. Finish fine meulée
Light marks of grinding are visible in the naked eye but do not feel in the touch.

3. Finish standard meulée
Light marks of grinding are visible in the naked eye as well as in the touch of the roller.

4. Manufactured finish
The surface is only manufactured, with so few flows of the tool of manufacturing as possible. The grooves of manufacturing are visible and detectable by affecting the roller.

5. Raw finish
The surface of the roller underwent no treatment or dressing, for example a surface for roller with marked fabric such as it stands out from the process of vulcanization or a roller with plastic cover.

S. Special treatment
It applies for the finishes of surface other than polished and crude oil, for example for the roller with high-end plastic cover, or for the finish for specific applications with a special structure (agreed department beforehand between the parts).

Standard of conveyor roller 6123/3-1985 (E)

Our rollers of handling are successful products answering all the last standards ISO that we respect accurately during the preparation and tests made on our products to bring you all the guarantees of safety and quality for which you are entitled to wait.

In conformity with the standard ISO 6123/3-1985 ( E ), the tolerance of the rollers of handling is listed according to the following six classes:

    XXP: very high precision
    XP: high precision
    P: Handbook
    H: High quality
    Q: Quality
    N: Non-critic

The specified class depends on the type of roller and as well as its planned use. It is important to underline that the closest tolerances are not applicable to all the roughnesses of cover. Generally, the flexible covers require a better tolerance than solids.

The class of tolerance N, as for it, must be used when the specifications of the roller do not indicate a particular level of tolerance.

Consult our boards to discover the various standards applied to our rollers.
