A year of structuring, growth and forward planning
The year 2025 marked a major turning point for ENRI.
A dense, demanding and structuring year. A year in which we deliberately chose to invest, integrate, reorganise and broaden our scope of activity, guided by a clear objective: to sustainably strengthen our industrial performance in service of our customers.
Strengthening our foundations: integrating SACD’s expertise
At the very beginning of the year, ENRI reached a key milestone with the acquisition of SACD, a family-owned company founded in 1988 and recognised for its expertise in industrial roller covering and precision grinding.
Based in Normandy, just like ENRI, SACD shares the same industrial culture: flexibility, precision and technical solutions rooted in real workshop conditions.
This integration naturally created strong synergies between two local players, aligned with a short supply chain approach and a shared “Made in Normandy” know-how. SACD’s expertise is now fully embedded in our daily operations. Their mastery of elastomers, cylindrical, conical and grooved grinding, along with their dedicated machinery, is now an integral part of ENRI’s offering.
This reinforced expertise allows us to deliver high-precision grinding services that are essential to the performance and lifespan of industrial rollers, across a wide range of sectors: printing, paper, packaging, textiles, food processing, pharmaceuticals and many others.
An industrial extension to support growth
This increase in capabilities required a rethinking of our production facilities. In 2025, ENRI completed a 50% increase in surface area.
This new space now houses the grinding machines integrated into our operations and was designed to improve the overall organisation of our workshops.
The extension provided an opportunity to thoroughly review our production flows, reposition equipment, structure work areas and improve daily comfort and efficiency. Every machine, workstation and archive has found its place within an organisation designed for long-term performance.
While sometimes invisible from the outside, this reorganisation is fundamental to ensuring quality, consistency and responsiveness in our production.
Producing better, with greater precision and responsiveness
In line with this reorganisation, ENRI continued its industrial investments to support the increase in activity. The integration of a new high-precision machining system enabled us to reach a new level of performance and process control.
Designed to offer a high degree of machining and grinding flexibility, this equipment strengthens our ability to produce complex and demanding components with excellent accuracy and repeatability. The results are tangible: better lead-time control, consistent quality and increased production capacity, with an overall performance improvement estimated at around 20%.
Grinding is now fully established as a true performance lever, contributing directly to the reliability and extended service life of our customers’ industrial equipment.
Opening up to new industries and applications
Thanks to these human, technical and organisational investments, our production has gradually expanded into new industries that we now serve with confidence. Our approach remains intentionally open and creative, enabling us to develop increasingly versatile solutions, particularly around polyurethane, its specific applications and mechanical performance.
This adaptability allows us to respond to a wide variety of industrial needs, often complex and always highly specific.
Social focus
Beyond investments in machinery and processes, ENRI continues to invest in its human capital. We are proud to recognise the loyalty and commitment of our employees, notably through the award of a 20-year service medal to one of our team members. At the same time, we welcome young talent and provide continuous training, ensuring the transmission of know-how and the long-term sustainability of our industrial standards. Our team remains balanced, experienced and forward-looking.
Looking ahead: projects and perspectives
While 2025 was a year of consolidation, it also clearly opens the path to the future.
Among our upcoming projects is the launch of an e-commerce platform, designed as a one-stop shop for ordering standard products, complementing our tailor-made solutions.
We are also preparing a major milestone in our history: ENRI’s 40th anniversary, which we will soon have the great pride of celebrating. Forty years of evolution, innovation, knowledge transfer and industrial commitment. A symbolic milestone that we approach with emotion, but above all with the desire to keep moving forward.
Continuous improvement at the heart of our DNA
At ENRI, nothing ever truly stands still. Our approach is rooted in continuous improvement, whether economic, social or environmental. This commitment is reflected in our investment choices, our internal organisation and our day-to-day working methods.
We remain firmly focused on the future, attentive to both long-standing customers and new industrial partners, ready to meet increasingly specific and demanding challenges.
2025 was a pivotal year.
The years ahead promise to be just as ambitious.
