Roller coverings for the electronics industry

The electronics industry relies on demanding manufacturing and treatment processes, where rollers may be exposed to both mechanical stresses and specific chemical environments.

On continuous surface treatment lines in particular, rollers are used at different stages of the process and may be exposed to cleaning, pickling, electrolytic treatment or rinsing baths. ENRI adapts the choice of elastomer and the covering configuration according to the roller’s function, the substances it comes into contact with and its actual operating conditions.

Technical rubber compounds, zoned or multi-band coverings, new rollers or recovering: our solutions are defined according to each application to meet requirements for precision, resistance and equipment durability.
